Courses

At various times throughout the year, we will have several courses on offer including Dry Curing, Smoking, Sausage Making, Jerky Making, Terrines and Advanced Sausage Making as well as short courses such as Pork Cuts, Understanding Meat, Simple Home Tricks and more.
